TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR ACCESS TO THE SITE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have in your country of residence.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Site.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
